Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
• You must provide a valid email and respond to verification.
• One person, one account. We may suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or violates the law.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, or content promoting self-harm, terrorism, or other prohibited categories.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or scrape at scale.
• Resell access to the API or share account credentials with third parties.
• Upload images you do not have rights to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and reserve the right to refuse service.

4. Credits and payments

• Paid credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded as credits.
• Pricing may change; existing balances are honored at the original ratio.
• Payments are processed by DodoPayments. Their terms also apply to checkout.
• Sales tax / VAT may be added based on your billing location.

5. Refunds

Used credits are non-refundable. For unused balances, EU/UK consumers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection law, provided the credits have not been used. To request a refund, email support@uihtml.com.

6. Generated content

• You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to applicable law.
• You are responsible for verifying that your use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Generated HTML is provided as-is; we don't warrant its correctness, security, or fitness for any purpose.
• If you publish to the Marketplace, you grant other users a limited license to download and use the listing per the marketplace rules.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be announced when practical.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating UIHTML. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country grant you stronger rights.
